Please read the following information carefully.

Confirmation ,Travel Voucher and Photo ID
For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Tour or Activity Location. Most tours will be pre-paid at the time of booking. Most tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date.


Your E-mail Confirmation and Travel Voucher will be received within 12- 24 hours, subject to availability. Confirmed Vouchers are also available online through the Voucher Pick Up or Reprint Link on the Left side of the tours web page.

A few specific tours and activities must be booked between 48-72 hours prior to departure to secure space and equipment: Examples: Paragliding and Wine Country Balloon Tours. Detailed Information about advance booking is listed on each specific tour or activity.


For security and to reduce fraud a Photo ID will be required by the tour operator with your Voucher. The last name on the Voucher must match the Photo ID.

Rates and Booking Procedure
Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. All Transactions are in US Dollars. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Tour prices or availability is not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation provided.


If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked depending on availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a $10.00 per person administration fee. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Check your Confirmation for Correct Date and Time: IMPORTANT
It is your responsibility to be at the designated tour location on the correct date. Please check your confirmation carefully. No refund for no-shows.

Changes to Your Reservation
For most tours there will be no charge for changes 24 hours prior to the tour date.

Detailed Information about reservation changes is listed on each specific tour or activity. Call the Phone number on your Confirmation to confirm any changes. Make sure you enter name correctly. A Photo ID will be required by the tour operator that matches the last name on your voucher. No refund for no-shows.

Tours are conducted in English unless noted.

Tour Vehicles and Rerouting
Tour vehicles are air conditioned and the size of the vehicle depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. Tour Operators reserve the right to change the size of the vehicle to meet the needs of tours for that specific day. All activities and tours are weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour routes may be altered. You will not be charged if we cancel a tour.


Remember to call the Phone number on your Confirmation 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm all hotel pick up and other tour details. No refund for no-shows.

How do I print confirmation tickets online?
Printing tickets online is quick and easy. Simply follow the link in your confirmation e- mail. You can print your tickets on any style printer - color or black and white, laser or inkjet. Printing tickets is as simple as printing any of your standard documents. If you forget your voucher the voucher can be accessed from any computer that is linked to the internet: Voucher Pick Up and Reprint (Link located on the left part of the web page.)

What happens if I print my tickets more than once?
You can print your tickets as many times as you like, but when you check in the code will be used as a confirmation. Once your confirmation number is entered, any other copies will not be accepted - the system will show that the ticket has already been used. Print your tickets as many times as you like - they are only good for one tour.

Can I access my tickets at a later date?
Your confirmed tickets will be available at any time simply by accessing your account through your confirmation email or the web site using your confirmation number and e-mail address. Go to:Voucher Pick Up and Reprint (Link located on the left part of the web page.) Tickets that are not yet confirmed will be listed with the current status on the same web page.

Are there any discounts for children, senior citizens or multiple bookings?
We work hard to offer the best rates for these tours and activities. Some tours offer Children, Teen and Senior discounts.

Will my tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?
On the rare occasion when the weather is bad and are we are forced to cancel a tour a full refund will be provided.

Will my tour be cancelled if it is undersold?
The tours we offer are all the most popular in San Francisco, Some of our tour operators have passenger minimums, it is very rare that we don't meet the minimum to operate.

What hotels do you pick up from?
For specific Bus and Private Tours we pickup from most hotels in the San Francisco city limit. We do not pick up from Hotels in near the SFO – San Francisco Airport. Not all tours and activities have hotel pick up. Be ready and available 10 minutes prior to you pickup time. It is the passengers’ responsibility to be at the correct location and at the correct time as stated on their confirmation form No refund for no-shows.

What should I wear on my tour?
In the summer months in San Francisco you will want to dress for cool weather. Tours North and South of the city may experience a 30-50 degree change in temperature from the city. Don't forget a light jacket in case of the famous San Francisco fog. In the winter wear layered clothing. Don’t forget your camera.

Will I be charged if I need to change my tour date or if someone in my party is unable to go on the tour?
Changing your date is no problem there is no charge to change a reservation, any cancellation outside of 24 hours of your tour departure is subject to a $10 per person cancellation fee, any cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a FULL CHARGE. If passengers do not show up for the tour then the money paid is non refundable.

Tips, Gratuities, Meals and Smoking:
The tip or gratuity for tour directors, drivers and other service staff is at your discretion and not included in any tour pricing. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included on most tours unless specifically listed. In California no smoking in vehicles, public buildings, bars and restaurants

How soon should we reserve our tours?
We recommend booking your reservations at least two weeks in advance, this way you can guarantee your seats and avoid any sold out situations also your tour will be set and ready for you when you arrive in San Francisco.

These firms are not responsible for any changes or increased costs incurred by passengers as a result of the cancellation of services due to be provided by its agents or suppliers for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants. All travel documents and vouchers are issued subject to these terms and conditions by MapWest, Inc., its agents and suppliers.
