Daytime parking garage located directly across the street (can not accommodate oversize vehicles). Other departure locations for Charters can be arranged in advance. SF Fire Engine Tours will contact you to confirm all Charter details. Advance Charter reservations are necessary. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour route may be altered. Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the Fire Engine on their own and if the wheelchair is foldable. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions. Charter Cancellation and No Show Policy Charter cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $100.00 cancellation fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on charter dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included. SF Fire Engine Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond control, in additions to insufficient numbers of passengers.
