To complete your ultimate vacation adventure on a Harley, we require the following when you check in:

1. A valid motorcycle drivers license from the Country, Province or State of your residence.
2. A valid credit card in your name for a Security Deposit.
3. Renter must be 21 years old.

Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be paid in full to guarantee the above rental rates. All confirmed rental reservations are non-refundable. All Special rental rates are subject to blackout periods and availability. No Refunds for early returns

VIP Coverage (Collision Damage Waiver - CDW)

$18.00 per day. Provides coverage for comprehensive damage caused by accident, collision, vandalism, or theft. Your liability is lowered to $2,000 for damage and $2,000 for theft. Your required Security Deposit is lowered to $2,000. More Information

Enhanced VIP Coverage (Collision Damage Waiver - CDW) -

$24.00 per day. Provides coverage for comprehensive damage caused by accident, collision, vandalism, or theft. Your liability is lowered to $1,000 for damage and $1,000 for theft. Your required Security Deposit is lowered to $1,000. More Information

All insurance, coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of negligence such as illegal use or use of rental while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients are required to contact the EagleRider pick-up station and file a Police Report within 48 hours of any damage or accident. All damages to rented motorcycle without a police report is considered Renter’s fault.

One-Way Rental Fee:

• Rental between Stations in the same state: $150.00
• Rental between Other Nationwide Rental Station locations: $375.00
• Custom Pick-Up or Return locations: Please ask for a Quote.

Special Event Surcharges: Laughlin River Run (April) - 3 day minimum, $45./day

Security Deposit: A Security Deposit will be authorized on your credit card at pickup, and refunded when the motorcycle is returned with no damage. Coverage required is:

No VIP Coverage Purchased: $ 3,000 Security Deposit
VIP Coverage Purchased: $ 2,000 Security Deposit
Enhanced VIP Coverage Purchased: $ 1,000 Security Deposit

Customer Orientation: Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients' maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

Storage: EagleRider will provide storage for client luggage, airline tickets, and other valuables free of charge, however at clients’ risk.

Motorcycle Substitution: EagleRider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental Client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, delay in manufacture fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should EagleRider not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum liability of EagleRider.

Fuel: Fuel costs are client’s responsibility. EagleRider claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel consumption and mileage.

Maintenance Responsibility: The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Helmets (Included in Daily Rental Rate) Helmets are provided with motorcycle rentals and tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets may be purchased at many of EagleRider’s rental stations.

Rental Requirements :
Minimum age: 21 years.
Valid Driver's License with Motorcycle Endorsement from country or state of permanent residence.
Major Credit Card. We accept MC, Visa, American Express, Diners, and Discover.

Pick-Up and Return and Late Charges: Pick-Up Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time. Morning pick-ups are not guaranteed (09:00 am - 12:00 pm) but will be accommodated if possible. Pick-ups are not honored after 4:30pm

Return Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted, however a “rain check” will be provided for a future EagleRider rental.

Late Charge: A $25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time.
