This is a beautiful way to experience the San Francisco Bay area at sunset. The captain and crew were very welcoming and easygoing. Although we were dressed warm, it was colder than expected. So, the warm jackets provided were a big plus (although there may not have been enough for everyone). The food and drinks were good, but very limited (light appetizers and beer/wine/soda). Overall, my husband and I enjoyed a very relaxed, romantic boating experience. I would highly recommend it to adult tourists or locals looking for a little getaway.

It was beautiful to see the San Francisco bay as the sun set. It was very enjoyable and relaxing. I would remember to bring a jacket or sweatshirt because it can get cool with the wind. Overall I would recommend this tour.

We had a really fun on the Sunset Cruise. It was very rough so it wasn't really romantic like it sounds. I wish the bar and snacks were better (pretzels, cheese, and chips from a bag), but the boat is not really setup for food. If you like to sail, you'll love this cruise. I would recommend the non-sunset cruise which is slightly cheaper.

Artie & Dillon were wonderful in making us feel comfortable and safe. They gave the simple operating instructions with ease and offered assistance in pictures or whatever we needed. The Adventure Cat sunset cruise was an perfect way to end my visit to San Francisco. The staff were very efficient and informative and the whole experience was excellent. The cruise gave the opportunity to see the bay, the GG Bridge and the city from a different perspective and the sunset over the bridge afforded a great opportunity to take some stunning photographs. The whole 90 minute tour was a grat experience which I would recommend to anyone.

Peacefully sailing across the fog, when suddenly THE Rock appears, and as fog clears, an astonishing view of the golden gate bridge half clear and half covered in fog, framed by the last rays of a setting sun all followed by a beautiful sunset as the ship starts its way back. just sit back, relax, enjoy the view and the food. just take a sweater and don't spend all your film on the sea lions at the docks...

Captain Chris was wonderful. He encouraged us to go out on the tramps of the CAT if we had waterproof gear (we did), and let us experience the smooth speed and stability that is unique to a large CAT. On the way back from the Bay Bridge, we were able to chat with Chris about life in San Fran and he pointed out many of the skyline features. Compared to the large ship cruise, I would recommend this one any day; not only is it more intimate in setting, drinks and snacks were provided...for the same price:) Thanks so much for having this sailing adventure in SF!

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be placed 72 hours prior to event, cancellations within 72 hours are charged a per person $10.00 administrative fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. Special Events are non-refundable. If the cruise is cancelled by Adventure Cat, you will be refunded.
