The tour operator is the owner of the business. While this is a bit more than other tours, the privacy and customized service cannot be beat. Tour operator is great to work with, very knowledgable, and I could not have picked a better tour to go on. I have already recommended him to friends and family wanting to go to wine country. Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $25.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
