I deeply appreciated the availabilty of service during off hours of public transportation. My Priceline obtained travel package imposed a travel schedule when public transportation in CA was closed and at first I did not know what to do when I arrived at OAK for a SanFrancisco event. Small children 5 years and under must be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. SuperShuttle does not provide child restraint seats. It is the reponsibility of a child's parent or care giver to provide the Child Restraint System.
Luggage:
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. A good rule of thumb is two checked bags and one carry on. Checked bags should not exceed 50 pounds or total dimension of 80 inches (add length + width + height.)

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
Your confirmation for this product will be received immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
