The Service did what it said got you and your luggage to the hotel for a reasonable price. It was not that easy finding where to be picked up as you are not at your best after a long flight.

We arrived at San Francisco Airport in the middle of the night and were pleased that the shuttle pick up point was well signposted and that there was a shuttle waiting to take us to our hotel as the part of airport we arrived in was quite deserted. The ride into San Francisco was uneventful and we arrived at our hotel in about 20 minutes.

We used Super Shuttle several times for airport/hotel transfers while in the US, great to use easy to book, booked some in Australia prior to the trip and some while we were there, i would reccommend this company. (Though the New York City driver was a little erratic on the rd but may be that's just NYC) OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE

Be sure to schedule plenty of extra time if you are catching a flight. The driver is running on a schedule for all of the scheduled pickups, not just yours.

the shuttle bus was great. cheap, and great for a first time to San Francisco arriving late at night. Much cheaper than a cab and it all worked out fine. Takes a bit of finding the departure point, but hang in there, you will find it!
