Even though our flight was delayed we should not have had to wait more than 30 min to be picked up. When avan arrived we had to carry bags more than 100' to the van instead of van coming to us(we were in the correct pickup zone,F4)We also had to to spend an additional 30 min in the shutle while another passenger was dropped off in downtown Oakland.In all it took us more than an hour to reach our hotel on Fisherman's wharf.Maurice G., United States, 06-2011

Booked airport-to-hotel shuttle (SuperShuttle) on-line through TourCorp. Followed up by phone with shuttle company to confirm date, time, location of pick-up. Was told to meet with SuperShuttle rep on arrival at the airport. When we arrived, there was no rep to be found. There was no shuttle waiting. Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. A good rule of thumb is two checked bags and one carry on. If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height.)

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
Your confirmation for this product will be received immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
