Even though our flight was delayed we should not have had to wait more than 30 min to be picked up. When avan arrived we had to carry bags more than 100' to the van instead of van coming to us(we were in the correct pickup zone,F4)We also had to to spend an additional 30 min in the shutle while another passenger was dropped off in downtown Oakland.In all it took us more than an hour to reach our hotel on Fisherman's wharf.Maurice G., United States, 06-2011

Booked airport-to-hotel shuttle (SuperShuttle) on-line through TourCorp. Followed up by phone with shuttle company to confirm date, time, location of pick-up. Was told to meet with SuperShuttle rep on arrival at the airport. When we arrived, there was no rep to be found. There was no shuttle waiting.
