My wife and I were a bit disappointed in the condition of the shuttle bus. It was a bit run down,. and the air conditioning did not appear to work. We also felt that the driver could have provided a bit of commentary regarding San Francisco, particularly as this was our first visit to the city. The pickup went without a problem. The driver did not seem to know immediately what to do with my voucher. He asked for payment when we got to the Hotel. He looked attenatively at the document and seemed somewhat uniformed or unfamiliar. Other than that he did a great job.
