My wife and I were a bit disappointed in the condition of the shuttle bus. It was a bit run down,. and the air conditioning did not appear to work. We also felt that the driver could have provided a bit of commentary regarding San Francisco, particularly as this was our first visit to the city. This would have been welcomed and would have been a nice touch from the company. Other than that the service provided was very good.Thomas Y., Scotland, 06-2008 
The pickup went without a problem. The driver did not seem to know immediately what to do with my voucher. He asked for payment when we got to the Hotel. He looked attenatively at the document and seemed somewhat uniformed or unfamiliar. Other than that he did a great job. One of our group left her bag in the van after we left. We spent an hour on the phone trying to contact the driver through the call centre. The driver discovered the bag independently and returned to our hotel to give us the bag. Excellent driver.Russell V., Australia, 08-2007
