The tour was packed full of sights and information about the city. Overall the experience was enjoyable. I was under the impression that there would be more stops than what we actually did. The tour also mentioned a stop at Marin Headlands which was a large reason for me booking the tour and it no longer stops there even though the website says it does. - Departure Location: Guest are asked to meet at The Sightseeing Ticket Office at 865 Beach Street San Francisco, CA 94109 located in Fisherman's Wharf. There is a parking garage located literally next door. We can validate your parking in the form of a VIP Parking Pass that costs $12 and cover 12 hours. We ask that you please park your vehicle first, and purchase the parking pass during check-in time. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.
- Complimentary Hotel Pickup: Complimentary hotel pick up is offered from most hotels in San Francisco. Please be punctual for your pick up time, but allow at least ten 10 minutes for possible traffic delay. San Francisco Hotel Pick Up List

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received withing 12- 24 hours subject to availability. For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Print voucher on your home/office computer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Tour Office.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a $10.00 per person administration fee. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.
Recommended for all tours in San Francisco: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing.
Weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour route may be altered.
