HOW SUPER SHUTTLE WORKS:

TO ARRANGE PICK UP FROM THE AIPRORT:

• Make reservation using this page. Receive an immediate E-Ticket which is proof of payment. Your E-Ticket must be printed and ready for redemption upon arrival at the Airport. No Exceptions.

• In some cities, you will find a SuperShuttle ticket counter inside the airport; in others, a member of our staff will be standing curbside to assist you. In either case, the process is simple:

• Once you have your luggage, follow the signs to Ground Transportation and locate Super Shuttle. Tell our representative the specific address where you are headed and provide them with your printed E-Ticket. Please note that if you book a reservation from the airport, this does not mean a van will be waiting for you when you arrive. Due to security considerations, airports do not allow us to have vans lined up at the curb. However, we have vans waiting close by in a holding lot near the airport, just minutes away.

• The next available van will then be dispatched from our "holding lot" at the airport only minutes away, to pick you up, along with the others who have been assigned to your van.

• There is a short wait time while we route you and assign your van, and for your van to travel to your terminal. The actual time varies depending on the volume of passengers, the number of terminal stops, airport traffic and weather conditions. Our local representative will be able to give you an accurate estimate when you check in.

• As soon as the van arrives at the curb, you and other passengers will be promptly boarded, and you'll be on your way!

TO ARRANGE PICK UP TO THE AIRPORT:

• Make reservation using this page. Receive an immediate E-Ticket which is proof of payment. Call the number provided on your E-Ticket and an operator will take your Pick Up Address, Flight Details and will povide you with a specific pick up time. Your E-Ticket must be printed and ready for the driver at the time of Pick Up. No Exceptions.

• At time of pick up a SuperShuttle van will pick you up during the pre-arranged 15-minute pick-up window, bring you to the airport, and drop you off right outside your airline terminal. We schedule our pickups carefully to ensure you will make your flight in plenty of time.

Luggage:

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. A good rule of thumb is two checked bags and one carry on. If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height.)

Payment:

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

Your confirmation for this product will be received immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
