SuperShuttle Getting A Ride To The Airport - How To Arrange A Pick Up
Depart from your home, office or hotel. Make reservation
online. Print you voucher on home/office computer. Call 24 hours in advance
of your flight to arrange specific pick up time. Present pre-paid voucher
to driver and you are on your way. SFO: Between 6:30
AM and 9:00 AM all drop-offs will be at the lower level, Arrivals, as mandated
by the Airport Authorities.
SuperShuttle Getting a Ride From the Airport - What To Do Upon Arrival at
Airport
SFO - Claim your luggage on the lower level. Proceed to
the departure level and outside to the outer curb. Follow the blue SuperShuttle
signs and SFO Airport's Coordinators in teal green jackets will arrange SuperShuttle
transportation to your destination. Present you pre-paid voucher to the driver
OAK - Call Call the phone number on your pre-paid voucher
and provide your reservation number. A van will be dispatched for pickup at
the Door to Door zone. Between 1:00 am and 5:00 am waits
can be 30 to 45 minutes.

Luggage Limitations
Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in
bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)
Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.
Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf
boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see
if your excess luggage is acceptable. For SFO: Surf boards, bikes regardless
